Shipping Methods & Handling Fees

We ship Australia-wide using Australia Post MyPost Business and Sendle.
Shipping rates are calculated automatically at checkout based on order size, weight, and destination.

A small handling fee applies to cover packaging and processing:

  • Entrance Mat Systems (Quote-Only Products) — 20% handling fee (shipping included in your quote)

  • All Other Products (Available Online) — 15% handling fee (shipping calculated at checkout)

Entrance Mat Systems (Quote-Only)

Commercial entrance mat systems are not available for direct checkout.

  1. Add the product to your quote request

  2. Our team will provide a tailored quote, including shipping and the 20% handling fee

  3. Approve the quote to proceed with order fulfilment

Pickup Option (Sydney Warehouse)

You may choose to collect your order from our warehouse:

  • Orders are usually ready next business day

  • You will receive a pickup confirmation email—please bring this when collecting

Delivery Timeframes

  • Orders ship within 2–4 business days

  • Transit times vary by location and are shown at checkout

  • Remote and regional areas may take longer

We currently only ship within Australia.
